Meet the Team

Kieran - Clinical Cryotherapist

Kieran graduated with his Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Sports Scientist at Queen’s Park FC before beginning his journey into healthcare as a sports massage therapist. It was here that his passion for physiotherapy began—and he hasn’t looked back since.

In 2024, he successfully gained an internship with the Glasgow Warriors Rugby Team, where he received first-class tuition from some of the top sports physiotherapists in the profession. This, combined with his experience in medical wards and specialist neurology in-patient settings, has given him a well-rounded profile ideally suited to a clinical environment.

In addition to his academic achievements, Kieran has challenged himself across various sporting arenas—from competing as a youth swimmer for Scotland, to officiating football, and more recently, taking up the gauntlet of CrossFit.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys a night out, weekend city breaks, and watching football.

Russell - Chiropractor

Russell graduated from the University of South Wales and made the move to Scotland to join the highly revered Maple team. Born and raised in Malaysia, Russell has always had a strong interest in health and wellness, with a desire to help people overcome both physical and mental challenges.  His passion for chiropractic care began after researching treatments for his own sports and gym-related injuries. This inspired him to pursue a career where he could share his knowledge and help others avoid similar struggles. With training in both Malaysia and the UK, Russell brings a diverse and comprehensive approach to care, always going the extra mile to get his patients back on track using the wide range of chiropractic techniques he has acquired over the years.

Outside the clinic, Russell enjoys spending time at the gym and going for walks in his free time.

He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the Scottish Chiropractic Association.

Nicole - Sports Therapist

Nicole joined the team in February 2024 while in the fourth year of her Sports Rehabilitation degree.

She chose the Sports Therapy route due to her lifelong involvement in sport. Nicole always knew she wanted a career in the sporting world, and after speaking with various physiotherapists, sports scientists, and sports therapists, she knew Sports Therapy was the right path for her. She loves learning about the human body and helping people live pain-free lives.

Outside of work, Nicole spends most of her time at the gym, out running, or doing anything fitness-related. She also enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.

Cameron - Sports Therapist

Cameron first developed an interest in healthcare and manual therapy after experiencing several injuries in his youth that sidelined him from sport on multiple occasions.
He is trained in the use of Shockwave Therapy, dry cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation. A regular user of cryotherapy himself, Cameron is passionate about promoting the health and wellbeing benefits of cold exposure.

He has a strong interest in a range of sports—including football, golf, and boxing—both from his own playing days and through the various athletes he has supported in his care.

In his spare time, Cameron enjoys socialising with friends and keeping fit.
